Tarafex is a packaging-accounting tool made by Vivifex. This page says plainly what it holds and where that sits.
What you type in: your company details and any registration numbers, your packaging catalogue, your customers and suppliers with their contact lines, your shipments, and the supplier documents you upload. Nothing is collected about the people who receive your shipments beyond what you enter yourself.
In Cloudflare's D1 database and R2 storage. The storage holding your uploaded documents is restricted to the European Union jurisdiction. Backups are kept in the same storage.
When you use Read a supplier document, that file is sent to Anthropic to be read, and what comes back is shown to you as a proposal. Only what you tick is saved. If a document holds something you would rather not send anywhere, do not read it in — enter the item by hand instead.
One, and it is the sign-in session. There is no analytics, no tracking and no third-party script on these pages.
It can be taken out at any moment, in ordinary files, without asking and without a fee — the button is at the foot of every screen. Ask and it will be deleted. One honest caveat: a deletion is applied to the live database at once, but the record survives in older backup copies until those age out, which is how backups work everywhere.
